Please telephone the surgery on 01638 666887 for results after 14:00. This allows the doctor’s time to see them and comment on them for you.

Alternatively, you can request your test results via our online services, SystmOnline, or use our Test Results triage on our website.

Most simple blood test and X-ray results are back within 3 working days. Some special tests and urine tests take longer to process or may be sent to laboratories throughout the country and will take longer.

All patients’ records or computer files are confidential. In order to maintain confidentiality test results will only be given to patients themselves, or the parents of minors.

If the results are difficult to explain over the telephone you will usually be asked to make an appointment to see the doctor so that they can be explained to you.
