By registering your email, we will contact you every now and again to ask for your views, opinions and advice. For example, before we implement a new telephone system we will canvas your opinion. You will receive adhoc surveys to gauge performance of our practice in certain areas, these will allow us to understand your needs and improve our services to meet them. We will also send you email newsletters to update you on the practice, staff and procedures at our practice and the wider NHS community.
